     WE TYPICALLY PROCESS AND SHIP ORDERS WITHIN 2 - 3 WEEKS AS ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER. DURING PEAK SEASON PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES WILL BE SLIGHTLY HIGHER

    OUR HAPPYJACK STAPLES WILL BE AVAILABLE YEAR ROUND WITH NEW ITEMS, COLORS AND DESIGNS DROPPING INTO THE MIX AT ALL DIFFERENT TIMES.  OUR LIMITED PIECES WILL NOT BE RESTOCKED

     FOR EXCHANGES, YOU CAN TRY A NEW COLOR (IF APPLICABLE) SIZE FOR ANY STYLE WHEN SELECTING WHICH ITEM(S) YOU ARE SENDING BACK 

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND OR EXCHANGE TAKE TO PROCESS
     OUR RETURNS TEAM IS LOCATED ON THE EAST COAST, SO PLEASE ALLOW 30 DAYS FOR REFUND / EXCHANGE TO GET BACK TO YOU
